About these letters

Just that no one gets confused about these letters, they are letters that have been written between Rodney's arrest in 2006 up to recently. He is currently in Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary actively fighting his case and appreciates any help that anyone can offer him and his family.

                                                           Thank you kindly,
                                                           Andrew Ratchford

Jeff Burns' letter to the judge

Your honor, I am here today to speak on behalf of Rod Rollness.
I'm proud to be able to say that Rod has been a close friend of mine for several years. During that time, Rod has shown me that you really can't judge a book by it's cover. Beneath Rod's rough looking exterior, he is a kind, generous, intelligent man who can knowledgeably discuss various topics ranging from economics, world history, and the law to religion. He is an exceptional artist and a skilled mechanic and carpenter. Rod is a committed family man and a loyal friend.
The evening prior to Rod's arrest, I was in the area of his home and decided to stop by to visit, unannounced. Knowing Rod like I do I knew that I would most likely find him at home. Normally I would call first to make sure that they were home, but since it was a sunny day, I was sure that I would find Rod working on his house or spending time with his kids. Sure enough, Rod was home and just as I had thought, he was working on his house with two of his sons. As we sat visiting for almost two hours, Rod was excited as he shared three of his most recent drawings with me and we discussed his home improvement plans and his family. Rod was very motivated to get started with his major renovation plans and how his work would impact the appearance and value of his property. I left my visit with Rod, excited by how well my friend was doing.
Above all, Rod is a man of honor. I have read the Government's Indictment and the allegations against Rod are very serious. As serious as those allegations are, rod has told the court that he is not guilty. Rod is not a flight risk as his pride, honor and commitment to his family will not allow him to flee from these charges. He will stand and defend himself against these allegations to prove to the court that he is not guilty. Rod is firmly bonded to his family and community and contrary to what the Government will have you believe, Rod does not pose a threat to the citizens of the United States. I am confident that should the court see fit to set his bail in an amount that he can afford to post, Rod will return to his home where he will continue to take care of his family, their home, assist with his defense and Rod will abide by all the conditions of his release.
I appreciate this opportunity to address the court and thank you for your consideration.
                                                          Jeff Burns

Kim Rollness

To whom it may concern:

My name is Kim Rollness and my husband is being held pre-trial at SeaTac FDC. He has been there since Feb. 14th, 2006. On that day three law enforcement agencies converged on our home at approx 7:00 a.m. I was preparing to leave for work and our children (we have five) were getting uo to go to school. Our phone rang just as my son said "Dad, there are tanks coming up our driveway!" I answered the phone to a Snohomish County Sheriff telling me to stay calm and sit down and let the officers outside  "do their job." Outside there were several police cars, two tanks and officers in riot gear coming from all areas of our property. The officers outside were yelling at us to come out of the house. I went to the door to tell them that the children needed to get dressed. They continued to yell. My husband had put on his clothes and went outside. The officers surrounded him at gunpoint, made him get on the ground in the snow and promptly took him off of the property. There was no explanation, no arrest warrant or search warrant produced until after my husband was gone and our home was invaded.
As I was gathering the children, the officers outside continued to yell and threaten and began throwing snowballs at our home. I went to the door to again tell them that the children were dressing and I was told that I would be tased if I went back inside the house. Needless to say, I did go back to get the children. Once we were outside , we waited in the snow for approx 3 hours. When it became apparent that we would not be allowed to use the phone to make arrangements for the children, I took them and went to a payphone. I found out that my husband would be arraigned that afternoon and went to Seattle.
We returned home to a disgusting display of disregard and abuse of our home. In my bedroom I found a horrible mess. Our belongings were thrown onto the floor in a broken heap. Worst of all, the remains of our lost child were opened, spilled, and defiled with soda.
As things stand now, my husband is being held in solitary confinement even though he has not had a single incident in the 6 months that he has been held there. They tell him that he is not being punished but this is the third time he has been placed in confinement. Now they are not allowing his children to come visit. He has been denied food as they tell him that they do not have a low sodium diet and fail to bring him an alternative. The situation continues to get progressively worse and we are desperate for assistance. Even his legal mail is being opened and read.
We are searching for a civil attorney to assist us. If you are in a position to do so on a contingency basis we would be forever grateful. If you are not, would you please respond and refer us to someone who may be.

                                                                         Sincerely,
                                                                         Kim Rollness and Family

The Rollness Family

To whom it may concern:

We are seeking your assistance for many reasons. First and foremost, an innocent man has been torn from his family and sentenced to a life of living hell.
Mr. Rodney Rollness has a wife and five wonderful children that adore and depend on him. He, in turn, cherishes his family.
The reasons for this horrible situation are as follows:
  1) Rodney was not allowed to testify in his own trial.
  2) Prosecutorial misconduct.
  3) Witnesses paid for false testimony.
  4) Witnesses given immunity for perjury.
  5) Defense failed to bring witnesses to the stand.
  6) Improper investigation, intimidation.
  7) Prosecutors leading  their witnesses.
  8) Not one shred of evidence.
If this is an attorney reading this, please read the trial transcripts and you will see the tragic way Rodney was railroaded.
The fact that there was DNA evidence but it was ignored because it did not implicate Rodney was so extremely disturbing.
The Government's witnesses were questioned for hours prior to recording their statements.
Several witnesses referred to feeling threatened and intimidated when questioned by law enforcement.
This was a travesty of justice. It was a complete perversion of what America stands for. Rodney was a target of a witch hunt which leaves his family to suffer each day that he suffers and also leaves the Walsh family with a false sense of justice while the real murderer walks the streets.
We hope and pray that you are able to help us. This suffering must end for all involved.

                                                      Thank you,
                                                      The Rollness Family

Andrew Ratchford

My name is Andrew Ratchford. I just want to leave a quick note here to testify to the fact that everything that you read about the nature and character of Rod is 100 percent true. He is a good man who loves his family so much that they are correct when they say that he would never do anything to be taken from them. His trial was illegal, the wrong man is in prison. what gets me is this man has long hair and a long beard, and 73 pieces of DNA found on or around the corpse of the victim. I personally viewed with my own eyes the DNA experts report, it says as follows, "Must exclude Mr. Rollness as a suspect" on all 73 pieces. You trying to tell me that not one single hair of Rod's was at the scene? I lived with this man for a while and we had to pick up hair daily from his head and beard. interesting fact though that the DNA did come back to other people, who were never charged. Some of the DNA was actually Sheriff deputy DNA, but of course that never came out in trial. Sorry but I smell cover-up and Rod was an easy target for them to get.
I could go on about Constitutional violations in his trial, but Rod is writing it all out himself and his story in his own words will be posted on here as soon as I receive it in the mail.
After reading these stories and you see that Rod has a legitimate argument I urge you to go to:
petitions24.com/free_rod_rollness and sign it. The more signatures received we can take it to the media and others, such as congress to demand a new trial. 30 seconds is all it takes to type your name and to be a part of helping bring an innocent man home to his family.

                                                                           Thank you very much,

Rod's wife Kim

To whom it may concern:

My name is Kim Rollness. I am writing on behalf of Rodney Rollness, my husband. I could go on for pages on the wrongful conviction of an innocent man. I could tell you about the drug addicts and alcoholics that were given financial rewards and releases from prison and also given immunity from perjury. The govt's. star witness was in prison for perjury amongst other things, but I will not dignify their existence with any further mention of them.
I will tell you about a strong, GOD fearing, responsible, loving father and husband.
Rod and I have been married for 30 plus years, and in all those years he has NEVER done anything to jeopardize his family or do anything that would keep him from them. Rod was always the primary caregiver of our children in their younger years. He consistently taught the children right from wrong and was diligent in instilling Christian values in all of us. Rod's family is and always has been the most important thing in his life.
Rod has always been very modest and doesn't believe in speaking highly of himself. He believes that being good and helpful to others is our duty as human beings. I, on the other hand, would like to tell you of the good Rod has done in his life. If being a great father and husband isn't enough, there were several instances in Rod's life where he was in the position to actually save lives.
Late one evening rod and his sons were driving home from work, and came across an individual who had crashed on his motorcycle. The man was in a ditch and semi-concious. His leg was hurt very badly and he was bleeding profusely. Rod used his belt as a turniquet and got the man up on the roadway and flagged down a passing car, they loaded the hurt man in the car and got him to the hospital. Rod would have put the hurt man into his own truck, but he was on empty with only enough gas to get home and not the 18 miles to get the man to the hospital. Rod did not want recognition for this. He was just thankful that The Lord put him there at the time to help.
another incident was when Rod was mowing the neighbor lady's lawn, she invited him in for a glass of lemonade, while rod was standing in the doorway drinking his lemonade the lady was standing next to the stove cooking when she let out huge screech. Rod seen that she was about to fall into the stove, he grabbed her and laid her on the floor, she was not breathing. Rod grabbed her phone, called 911 and started administering CPR. Before the Aid car arrived Rod had got the lady breathing again and sat her up and gave her a glass of water. When the Aid car showed up they took all of her vital signs, Rod explained  to them what had happened, They told Rod that she more than likely had a heart attack and that they were going to take her to the hospital for further tests. The medics told Rod that she was lucky he was there to perform CPR on her because he saved her life. Again, this was not something that Rod was proud or boastful about, he was just glad to have helped save another life.
One other time, Rod and the kids were at a chinese restaurant eating when a little boy started choking on a piece of food. The boy's parents were panicking and screaming for help. Rod went over and gave the boy the heimlich maneuver, the boy spit up a chunk of meat and started crying, so Rod knew that he would be alright. He told the boy's father to keep his arms raised so that he could get plenty of air into his lungs. Even though the boy's parents wanted to pay for Rod's meal, Rod refused saying that he did not help for a reward. Rod thanked them for the offer and left. When Rod was leaving the owner said that he did not need to pay for his meal because it was on the house for saving the little boy. Rod's meal came to $32.00, Rod left two twenties  and left. Rod again did not want his face in the paper for helping, he says that is what God wants each of us to do, help each other without looking for a reward.
Rod has always been a strong advocate for equality and the belief that everyone has the right to be treated with respect and dignity. I am fighting for these same values for Rod.
Rod places great importance on the value of life. He has never taken his life for granted and would not take another life. So many times throughout this ordeal I have become so angry and frustrated and Rod  has always put things into perspective for me. He tells me to forgive and to pray for our enemies, that takes courage, faith and character.
Rod deserves to be home with his family. His children deserve to share their lives with their father, I deserve to spend the rest of my life with my husband.
Neither Rod or myself have ever done drugs, Rod quit drinking alcohol in 1978.
Wrongful convictions do more then destroy the life of an innocent man. It destroys the lives of the entire family. It also robs the victim of true justice.
Please help us right this wrong. there aren't words to properly express the grief and loss to our family. I am praying every day that someone finds it in their hearts to help us seek justice. Thank you for your time and consideration. Please Help!!!!!

                                                                        Sincerely,
                                                                        Kim Rollness

Kim Rollness and family

To whom it may concern:

My letter is in regards to Rodney Rollness, he has been wrongfully accused and convicted of crimes that he did not commit, which brings me to the reason for this letter.
I would like for you to have a fuller picture of the Character of Rodney.
Rodney is, has been, and always will be first and foremost a family man who is innocent of these alleged crimes. He is a father of five who mean more to him than anything in this world.
The children feel the same way towards their father,. There is not a minute in Rod's life that the safety and well being of his family is not the focus. He takes his responsibility to his family and GOD seriously.
Rod is a man who has always been true to himself and GOD since the day that I met him, he has always been the same. He does not change his views to fit the situation. What you see is what you get with Rod. He is honest and loyal, creative and passionate. He will not compromise his beliefs to go along with the crowd. he is not influenced by others, he relies on GOD for guidance.
Trying to please others or gain popularity is not in Rod's nature.
Rod is always helping people but does not want thanks or praise. He believes it is our duty to help when we can and expect nothing in return.
I've been with Rod for over 28 years at the time of this writing, I know first hand that he has saved several lives. Rod didn't want his picture in the paper or any recognition, he was just glad the Good Lord put him in the right spot at the right time to be able to help these people. I know for a fact these people may have died if Rod was not there to give CPR to our neighbor lady who had a heart attack, or the heimlich maneuver that saved a little boy's life, or the tourniquet he applied that saved a man from bleeding to death after he wrecked on his motorcycle.
Rod has never done drugs in his life, he quit drinking alcohol in 1978, he never smoked a cigarette or drank a cup of coffee.
when you read this, I understand to you these are just words on paper, but to us, he is a husband, father, and grandfather.
Rod is a lovely man with a pure heart, without him, I am afraid for my family. As things are now, our youngest son is not emotionally able to attend school as his fears of losing his father prevents him from being away from home and family.
I am pleading with whomever reads this that can help, to please look at the facts of this case with an unbiased eye and you will see how this corrupt legal system railroaded an innocent man, tore my family apart on the words of lying paid convicted jailhouse informants.
Please help me to get my husband, my children's father, and our granddaughter's grandfather home. Thank you for your time and consideration.

                                                                       Sincerely,

ONE FAMILY'S FIGHT- A Real Innocent Project

Rod's daughter Kari

To whom it may concern:

Children woken up on the morning of February 14th 2006, with guns aimed at them. Violent and angry threats made toward each and every one of them. The family's belongings being destroyed and thrown to wherever they land. A mother and father pleading for these men to not hurt their children. The kids watch as their father is thrown around outside in the snow with multiple people shoving him, yelling at him, and standing around him prepared to shoot at any wrong movement. The only thing the man can say as he is being yelled at and thrown around is, "Don't hurt my family." Pleading with all he has, whether it results in more abuse toward him or not.
You would think this was an armed burglary with all of the violence that took place, but it wasn't. It was all the work of the Snohomish County Sheriffs department, the Snohomish police department, and FBI and ATF.
My name is Kari Rollness, and I am writing on behalf of my father, Rodney Rollness. He was taken to the SeaTac Federal Detention Center on the morning of February 14th 2006. Our home in Snohomish, Washington was raided and destroyed, personal belongings treated with no respect whatsoever. The ashes of my mother's stillborn baby were tossed all around her bedroom. These men also felt the need to pour soda over the ashes. One Sheriff's deputy threatened to beat my 14 year old brother's "ass" after my brother asked him for his name.
My father was taken away on many charges. The worst of them being murder.
During the 10 week trial, the prosecution paraded in 12 or more liars, drug dealers, paid informants, child molesters, and even a porn star. These men were coaxed on how to answer their questions. The prosecutors would actually shake their heads "yes" or "no" after asking their questions. Out of the whole 10 weeks, my father's attorneys got one day to defend him, the rest of the time it was all lies from the prosecution. Of all the people put on the stand, the only person's testimony the prosecution had any problem with was from my younger brother, Rafe. He was the only person to get on the stand and tell the truth.
During the trial my father was put down in front of family, just because of his looks. He is a large man with long hair and a long beard. He is loud and has no problem speaking his mind, but that doesn't make him a murderer. He is a great father, teacher, and friend. He is also a wonderful husband, and has been for over 28 years.
He is also going to be a first time grandfather this May. Of all the people in the world, I want my father to be around my child the most.
I know that none of this probably matters to you a bit, but the point that I am trying to get across is, how can a man that loves and cares for his family so much be a murderer? He would never do anything to be taken from them.
The final outcome of the trial was that my father got sentenced to life after being convicted of a murder, of which there is absolutely no evidence that he did. He is now in the process of being transferred to a prison in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
We are now trying to find someone that will help us to prove his innocence. If there is anything that you can do it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read through this.

                                                                      Kari Rollness

Rod's son Rafe

To whom it may concern:

My name is Rafe Olin Rollness, and I'm writing this letter on behalf of my father Rodney Rollness who was wrongfully convicted of crimes that he did not commit.
the reason I still find this hard to accept is because my dad was at home with us over 50 miles away from where the deceased man was seen alive by the Govt. witnesses the night that he was killed, and that there were not only paid informants that were paid and released from prison, but paid informants that had all of their information wrong. One blatant example of this was the govt's star witness J.T. Yates, not only a man who received time off of his sentence for lies told about my father, but also is a known drug addict and psychopath. During the trial he told the jury that the man my dad was accused of killing had been killed by decapitation a year before he was actually killed. The man's head was not cut off but he had been shot a year later then Yates had said during his lies. The reason that the jury believed this was because the judge told the jury to forget what was just said and he gave Yates three chances to get it right.
That is just one example , but there are dozens more of injustices during this trial and at the very least my dad should get a new trial or be released. My dad was completely excluded from all of the DNA that was found on the deceased man. This was kept from the jury. the Govt also withheld a police document that had a man that told them he knew the killers. He gave them their names, ages and addresses and where they were hiding. My dad's attorneys' said that they never had that information during or after the trial.
My family and I pray that someone can help us. We have no money but can make payments. Please help me get my dad home.

                                                       Thank you for your time,
                                                       Rafe Rollness

Rod's daughter Irene

To whom it may concern;

I am Irene Rollness, daughter of Rodney Rollness. I am writing to tell you that my father is an innocent man, and does not deserve to be in prison.
My dad is really a good, protective dad and I know the only reason he would hurt anyone would be if his family or himself were in danger.
I know that my father did not do the crimes he was convicted of, and I do not see how a jury could convict him on just what a bunch of lying crackheads told them. i'm not joking either, at least 3/4 of the prosecution witnesses were either currently on drugs or were previously. I mean one of the guys got on the stand and said that he was on meth because it calms him down, that's not what meth does to you. None of their resources were reliable so I don't see how they could convict him unless they were paid off by someone.
The prosecutors had ten weeks to present their case and we only had a couple of days to present ours, and my dad wanted to be put on the stand, but our attorneys wouldn't let him.. So did my mom and sister, but they wouldn't let them either.
My dad has been in prison for the past two years, and for the past two years we have had to drive from Snohomish, where we live, to Seatac, at the jail, and now he has been moved to Pennsylvania so I have not seen him for the past 3 months. And I do not want to have to travel to a prison to visit my dad and see how sad he looks, and for him to be an innocent man sent to prison for the rest of his life, and we are always going to fight and do whatever it takes to get him home, so please consider helping us get our dad home.

                                                                     THANK YOU
                                                                     Sincerely,
                                                                     Irene Rollness

Two letters from Rod's son Sonny

  To whom it may concern;

Hi. My name is Sonny Rollness and my father is Rodney Rollness. I am 17 years old and my dad was taken from me and my family when I was 8 years old for crimes he had not committed. It has been several years we have been fighting for him in hopes that someone will take an eye to his case and realizes the railroading and lies that have been put upon my father. He is a loving, caring, good man, who I know would never hurt a fly but to protect his family. This was not that case, my gather had not committed ANY of these accusations. I know for a fact that he was home the night and the time of the crime.
I love my father and I have been hurt and saddened by all of this. I have had a lot of struggles and tough patches in my life because my father has not been able to be there for me. I have had the best of times with my dad and after that awful day they came and took an innocent man from his home and family, with tanks, police cars, and a swat bus not to mention, I have not been able to experience any of those good times with him. Only in a prison visiting room.
I know that people say they are innocent, but my father is not a man to lie and he would not do any of these things, especially knowing what it would do to his family. I need my father and I do not think that my dad should be kept held in a prison for crimes that he has not committed. He was set up, framed, and harassed by the police for way too long now. That is no way for an innocent man to live. He is the greatest father I could ever ask for, and all I ask of you is to help bring him home, please.

                                                                                                  Sonny

To whom it may concern;

My dad is innocent and no one understands! My dad believes that people should treat others how they want to be treated, he would also never hurt anyone like that. Me and my brothers would go everywhere my dad would go and he would not do anything like that! If they think that they are CRAZY!!!!!
So help us get my dad home!!

                                                              Sincerely,
                                                              Sonny Rollness

Rod's Sister Tammy

To whom it may concern;

My brother Rodney is an innocent man and good father, someone needs to listen and help an innocent man. He belongs home with his family. I would appreciate it if you would please take my brother's case and clear him of this mess he did not do. Please help.

                                                                    Rodney's sister

Rod's brother Curtis

To whom it may concern:

My name is Curtis Rollness, I live at 3052 Chicken Coop Rd, Sequim Washington.
I'm writing to you in regards to my brother Rodney Lee Rollness, who was wrongfully convicted of a six year old homicide and other crimes, illegally I may add, and if you read the Trial transcripts you will know what I mean.
Rod is my brother, I feel that I know him better than anyone. He is married with five children who love him very much, as does hid whole family.
Rod has some of the best kids you could imagine, and that does not come from a father who who doesn't care about the well being of his family.
Rod has had an ongoing feud with the Snohomish County Sheriffs, and I'm sure that he is not the only one. Rod's only problem as far as I can see is that he tried to be an American and protect his family, and I guess if you live in Snohomish County that is something that you should not do.
In my opinion, my brother was wrongfully convicted of these alleged crimes by people, and I use the term hesitantly, because I don't see them as anymore than animals, people that got reduced prison sentences, money and things that just should not happen!
Due to work I was not able to attend many days of my brother's joke of a trial, but my sister and wife and Rod's whole family were there every day. The few times that I was there I noticed too many inconsistencies, Rod was the only one shackled out of all the defendants during the last week of the trial, Rod or none of his witnesses were allowed to testify on his behalf. The Judge told us not to show ant emotions at all during sentencing. While in the proceedings, the Judge, prosecutors and defense lawyers discussed their vacations, where they went and what they did, in open court for everyone to hear. Seemed too ridiculous at the time to believe that my brother was fighting for his life for crimes that he did not commit, and everyone had to listen to details of these peoples personal lives. My brother was not given a fair trial by any means.
The incompetent lawyers my brother had were almost criminal. The little bit that I saw and what I was told by my family was almost laughable, had it not been so serious.
Seems to me the Govt. needed a martyr and that my brother was an easy target. If my brother in fact had a so-called fair trial, I would hate to see one that is unfair.
We need help to prove his innocence. I don't want him being one of those people that after 20 years DNA or whatever sets them free. This is a huge injustice, we need help now, not 20 years down the road.
I don't know what else to say except I know Rod would not have done this thing that he is sitting his life in prison for.
It's not right. Read the transcripts and lets have coffee and discuss how to free my brother. We all want him home with his family where he belongs. This is bogus and people need to know this should not happen to innocent people. Please help, we need help, please.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

                                                                       Thank You
                                                                       Sincerely
                                                                       Curt Rollness

To whom it may concern:
I am the mother of three children and a wife of forty-two years. I have a son who is a boyfriend to Rodney Rollness's sister. He is the ex-Hells Angel whom the courts convicted of murder recently. Now i do not profess to know this man, but I have met him, and I do know Cindy and how special of a person that she is. She has spent many a day at her brother's trial, and I have heard about the happenings that went on during the trial from her and from the Everett Herald.
I just do not know: I know that someone should be held accountable for this man Santa"s life. I just do not think that there is any proof that Rodney Rollness should be found guilty. I know that he does not do any drugs, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, or carry a gun. I also know that he is a great family man; he loves his family very much. Also, authorities did DNA tests on the van that supposedly carried the body.  The DNA did not come back as belonging to Mr. Rollness. There was no exact proof linking this man to the murder! I also heard and read about the characters of the so-called witnesses. I also heard that Rodney was not allowed to testify on his own behalf. There were probably a lot of these undesirable characters that could have committed such a crime.
Now, I do not know exactly how the law works, but I'm getting very disappointed in the way our justice system, along with our governing system, is run. What happened to "A man is innocent until PROVEN guilty"!?
It seems to me that what has happened here is that the law enforcement has accomplished getting a man, that they do not like, put away for life. The court has managed to separate a man from his family! Is this our justice system? His kids will possibly grow up without their father! What if this man is innocent? I do not mean innocent of making wrong choices in friends, but I mean innocent of MURDER!
The way I see it is that there is no evidence to the guilt of Mr. Rollness. The man was not granted the right to testify in his own behalf during the trial either. The DNA that officials found at the crime scene wasn't Mr. Rollness' and neither did Rodney own a van. He didn't earn the Filthy Few patch by committing murder, but he already owned the patch. This patch was the main reason that the prosecution had in finding Mr. Rollness guilty of murdering the man called Santa. So if he had the patch already, the prosecutions accusations as to that being the reason for him murdering this man does not hold water. Also, witnesses were paid money, and who were these so-called witnesses anyway? They were druggies and thugs!
I ask you, did Rodney Rollness receive a fair trial? Of course he didn't! Yes, the man is a little rough around the edges, but does that mean that he committed murder?
Has the prosecution done it's job? Did they find Mr. Rollness guilty beyond a reasonable doubt? I think not! It may very well be that Mr. Santa's murderer is still out there walking the streets! Let us hope that an innocent man hasn't been wrongfully accused, and that his children, that he dearly loves, don't have to do without their father because of vendettas that the police might have against Mr. Rollness!
Please don't say that this cannot be so! Let"s remember that our judicial system is not always right! does the name O.J. Simpson strike a cord?
