   This letter is written on behalf of Rod Rollness.                                                                                            We, [Rick and Elizabeth Snyder] have known Rod for about 16 years. he has been at our boys birthday parties when they were younger. we've always known Rod to be a true friend and a good father. He's always put his family first, you never saw Rod out and about without one of his kids, either going to the YMCA , school functions, or visiting friends.                                                                   If ever you needed help or a question answered, Rod was usually there. Whenever we saw him out, he would be talking about his family or about work he was doing on his home.                                      His kids have all pretty much grown up now. The oldest are great kids with strong family values.
