     To whom it may concern:

     I have known Rodney Rollness as a customer of A1 Loans & Pawn for the past 20 years. He has always paid his debts. He has done odd jobs for us and has been reliable and honest in our dealings. We have known his wife and children and believe them to be honest and a normal family unit.
     He has been kind and respectful through the years. He has been a man of his word.
